Freight services will be organised via our couriers, and your order will be delivered to you during business hours. If you already have your own preferred courier, let us know how to arrange it with them.
Quotes will include estimated freight costs, but web orders will have freight costs added after the order is placed.
Freight costs will be applicable unless other contract conditions have been negotiated. Any other charges such as those for Dangeous Goods or expedited shipping will be discussed with you before products are dispatched.

If convenient, you are welcome to collect your order from our office in Edwardstown, South Australia, as soon as it is available.
Generally, products stored on site in our Adelaide warehouse will be shipped out within 24 hours. Products available nationally may take 1-2 weeks. International orders via airfreight will be in stock within 4-6 weeks. International seafreight orders may take up to 3-6 months to arrive into our warehouse.

Delays due to the global shipping environment may extend delivery time, and we thank you for your understanding during this time.
Some products are restricted in their use and sale and therefore may not be available to all customers. This is due to federal or state regulation requiring that permits, licences, company information or other documentation is provided before sale. Some examples are Ethanol (bonded alcohol), biomedical products (for research use only), and Schedule 7 dangerous poisons.
If you'd like a quick quote, please contact us directly. To see all prices, log in to the site, and your special pricing will be shown for each product. If you haven’t logged in before, register first. If any prices are still not showing, please contact us directly and we'll be happy to update your pricing list and/or quote you directly.
Items without prices, e.g. those showing "POA", will be quoted instead of ordered if you add them to an order.
Website registration is great for organisations intending to purchase regularly (or already do), who'd like to see pricing on all goods, see previous orders, and only have to fill in ordering details once. It entails matching your company details to our current customer database.
If you are not ordering on behalf of a business or institute, please contact us instead.
If your business or institute has not purchased from Southern Cross Science before, please contact us instead.
To Register your business: Click on "My account" at the top right of the home screen. If this is your first time logging in, you need to Register with your company details first. Provide your contact information and business details and we will link you in to our current customer database. You will get a Welcome email as soon as your web account is ready. In the meantime, feel free to browse as a guest and request a quote for any item.
Registration approvals may take 24-48 hours.
